ABOUT CHILDREN BUILDING BUSINESSES
Children Building Businesses (CBB) is a platform for children to learn business skills and entrepreneurial development. The purpose is to teach kids and teens about business and expose them to the entrepreneurship concepts through classes, camps and events that will help them progress in reaching their goals of business ownership.
CBB mission is to guide kids and teens to recognize problems and direct them to resources and tools to create solutions via products and services. Providing our young innovative leaders with education, experiences and exposure will help shape who they are as people and the citizens they will become in the modern workforce.

HOW CBB STARTED
CBB is was born out of the annual Holly Springs Children's Business Fair, a one-day one day pop-up market where all business owners were children. Kidpreneurs in elementary, middle and high school used this platform to launch their business and retain 100% of their sales. Children showcases their entrepreneurial skills and developed soft-skills throughout this experience. Real world marketing concepts were used to create and promote products and determine prices prior to market day.
Children Building Businesses evolved from this one-day pop-up shop to online learning experiences and workshops for youth provided by Dr. Charlene Y. Dunn, middle school teacher and founder of Get It Dunn: Digital Business Agency, LLC.
